G.T.A. Perth Travel - Return and Refund Policy
At G.T.A. Perth Travel, we’re a small, locally-owned business that’s passionate about delivering personalized, memorable experiences. We understand that plans may change, and while we strive to be flexible, we also rely on bookings to plan and operate efficiently. Below is our return and refund policy designed with both your needs and our small business considerations in mind.
1. Terms of Return
- If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 28 days before your tour to receive a refund. This allows us time to adjust our plans.
- For cancellations made between 14 and 27 days before your tour, we’ll refund 35% of your payment. By this time, preparations are already in progress.
- Unfortunately, cancellations made within 13 days of the tour are non-refundable, as we’ve committed resources to your experience. However, we’ll do our best to help you reschedule, subject to availability.
2. State of Return
- To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made within the specified timeframes.
- Partial refunds for unused portions of the tour cannot be provided once the tour has begun.
3. Reasons for Return
We will offer refunds in the following situations:
- Changes in your plans that require you to cancel within the allowed timeframe.
- Bad weather conditions such as extreme heat, strong winds, or other hazardous weather that could impact the safety or quality of the tour (please note that rain is not considered a reason for cancellation unless it significantly affects safety or accessibility).
- Dissatisfaction with the service, subject to review.
- Cancellations made by us due to operational issues or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Process for Return
To request a cancellation or refund:
- Contact us via email at gta.tourismbooking@gmail.com or welcome to Whatsapp us. (reply within 48 hours)
- Provide your booking reference number and reason for the cancellation.
- We will respond within 3 business days to confirm next steps.
5. Process of Refund
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, but your bank may require an additional 3-5 business days to complete the transaction.
