GTA Perth Travel Charter Service Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services
GTA Perth Travel offers chartered tour and transfer services in the Perth region of Western Australia, including airport transfers, city sightseeing, day tours, and multi-day itinerary arrangements. All trips are conducted by professional drivers and tailored to customer needs. We particularly welcome travellers from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, and other Asian regions.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking Methods
Please book at least 28 days prior to departure via WhatsApp, WeChat, email, or website form.
All bookings must include the number of passengers, travel dates, pick-up and drop-off locations, destinations, and any special requirements.
Deposit and Payment
Upon confirmation, a minimum 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
The balance can be paid in cash on the day of the trip.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation 21 days or more before departure: Full refund of deposit.
- Cancellation 7–20 days before departure: 30% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
- If the trip is cancelled by the company due to weather or other force majeure, a reschedule or full refund will be arranged.
4. Trip and Service Terms
Service Hours
Charter service is based on 10 hours per day (flexible).
Standard service hours are 07:00 to 19:00 (flexible).
Overtime charges: AUD $150–$650/hour (depending on vehicle type and itinerary). According to Australian law, vehicles can operate a maximum of 12 hours per day, and drivers/staff must have a minimum 10-hour rest period daily.
Luggage Arrangements
Please inform us of the number of luggage items at the time of booking. If luggage exceeds vehicle capacity, an upgrade and additional charges may apply.
Itinerary Changes and Add-ons
Requests to change or add stops during the trip depend on the day’s schedule and may incur additional fees.
5. Customer Responsibility and Safety
- Passengers must assemble on time. Late arrivals over 30 minutes will be considered a forfeit, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Smoking, eating, or damaging the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any damage may incur a repair fee starting from AUD $1500.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. While the driver will assist in searching for lost items, the company is not liable for any loss.
- It is highly recommended that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected incidents during the trip.
6. Company Disclaimer
GTA Perth Travel is not legally liable for any delays or losses caused by weather, traffic conditions, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure. The company reserves the right to final interpretation and may adjust itineraries or terms.
7. Language Support
Our drivers can communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and are familiar with the travel habits and needs of Asian tourists, ensuring attentive service for visitors from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, and beyond.

Itinerary Planning Service Terms and Conditions
1. Service Content
GTA Perth Travel offers professional itinerary planning services based on customer preferences, travel duration, group size, interests, and budget. Customised itineraries include:
- Route suggestions
- Daily schedule planning
- Attraction recommendations and ticket information
- Dining suggestions (Chinese, Western, local options)
- Accommodation suggestions (advance notice required for booking assistance)
- Special arrangements (e.g. family-friendly, senior-friendly, self-driving route advice)
2. Fees
Itinerary planning is charged at AUD $350 / day of design
(Example: 5-day itinerary = AUD $350 × 5 = AUD $1750)
One-time fee does not include charter service, accommodation, tickets, or meals.
3. Confirmation and Payment
Before planning begins, customers must provide: travel dates, number of travellers, budget, main preferences, flight details, etc.
Full payment is required to commence itinerary design.
Accepted payment: bank transfer or mutually agreed platforms.
4. Delivery Timeline
Final itinerary will be delivered within 3–14 business days after payment, depending on trip length.
Delivery formats: PDF or Word document, with optional Google Maps links.
5. Modification Terms
Includes one free revision (excluding major changes like extended trip length or completely new destinations).
Additional revisions: AUD $150 / time.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Once planning has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
If the company fails to deliver on time due to its own fault, a full refund will be issued.
7. Copyright and Usage
The itinerary is original and created by GTA Perth Travel, for the specific trip only. It may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
If the planning service is used without booking our charter, full payment for planning is still required.
8. Notes
- Itinerary is based on local conditions. Customers are advised to check attraction opening times, ticketing, and restaurant availability before travel.
- Assistance with booking tickets, hotels, or restaurants may incur an administrative fee.
- All bookings (accommodation, tickets, restaurants) must be made by the customer to ensure flexibility and best pricing. We will provide suggested websites, booking times, number of guests, names, addresses, and contact info.
Guide Service Terms and Conditions
1. Service Content
GTA Perth Travel provides experienced guides to accompany your journey, assist with cultural interpretation, translation, and managing unexpected situations. Guide service includes:
- Full-day companion and commentary
- Cantonese / Mandarin / English language support
- Insight into attractions, photo suggestions, shopping and dining tips
- Emergency assistance (e.g. medical, lost items, itinerary changes)
- Activity coordination and time management
2. Pricing
Guide service: AUD $280 / day (based on 10-hour service)
Overtime: AUD $50 / hour, charged in 30-minute increments
Customers are responsible for guide's entry tickets if required at attractions.
Fees do not include guide’s meals, accommodation, or transport, which must be arranged separately if needed.

If a driver-guide is needed, feasibility and pricing will be evaluated based on itinerary and staff availability.

- Special requests (e.g. family tours, elderly care, translation) must be made in advance so we can assign suitable staff.
Image and Media Consent
By participating in any tour or service provided by G.T.A. Perth Travels, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded (including but not limited to photographs and videos) during the course of the tour. These images may be used by G.T.A. Perth Travels for legitimate promotional purposes, including on our official website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other marketing content.
We agree that:
• Such images will not be used in any defamatory or misleading context;
• Personally identifiable information (e.g. full name) will not be disclosed without your prior written consent;
• Group or background images will be treated as non-identifiable unless otherwise stated;
• If you do not wish your image to be used, you must notify us in writing or by email prior to the commencement of the tour.
By completing payment for any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this clause. Non-consent must be communicated in advance to allow us to make appropriate arrangements.
